By booking a class, workshop, event, private session, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or book services.-
We provide:
In-person movement and pole classes
Workshops and intensives
Online classes and digital content
Private coaching sessions
Events and retreats
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

By booking a service, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are physically fit to participate in movement-based activity.
You understand that pole and movement training involves physical exertion and inherent risk.
You are responsible for informing us of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating.

Participation in pole and movement training carries risks including (but not limited to) bruising, muscle strain, falls, and other injuries.
By booking, you acknowledge:
You participate voluntarily.
You assume all risks associated with participation.
You release Conor - Pole & Aerial Instructor from liability for injury or loss, except where caused by proven negligence.
If you feel unwell, dizzy, injured, or unsafe at any time, you must stop immediately.

We aim to create a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment.
You agree to:
Treat others with respect
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour
Follow instructor guidance for safety
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a class or event without refund if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse service.

Client Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a class may be transferred or credited.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Workshops, intensives, and events may have separate cancellation policies stated at the time of booking.
Business Cancellations
If we cancel a class or event, you will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to another date.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

All digital content, recordings, choreography, and materials remain the intellectual property of Conor - Pole & Aerial Artist.
You may not:
Share login details
Record or redistribute classes
Teach or commercially use choreography without written permission
Unauthorised use may result in removal of access without refund.

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
You will always have the option to:
Opt out in advance
Request removal of specific images where reasonably possible
By participating, you grant permission for promotional use unless you notify us otherwise when asked at the start of the session.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your information for administrative and safety purposes.
